Club Operations Specialist

Monitors operations of Club or assigned area. Normally during the absence of manager and assistant manager and normally on nights and weekends. Responsible for issue, receipt and control of cash bags. Prepares reports for all significant occurrences during the night shift. Ensures that only authorized personnel use the facility, and that club rules, regulations and established procedures are followed. Assures patrol satisfaction by resolving complaints and other customer problems. Provides instruction and guidance to all club staff members on functions during shift. Uses software programs to produce a variety of general office duties, telephone calls and visitors. All other duties as assigned. Application:

Experience:
Must have experience which provides knowledge of club, restaurant and retail operations. Also must have experience with cash handling, and sales operations such as; receipt disbursement examinations, deposits, and use of cash accountability control methods. Must have experience which demonstrates ability to provide work direction to other club employees and knowledge of fire and health regulations. Must have ability to deal with public. Must have experience in responsible clerical and office work with knowledge of Microsoft programs.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
