Responsible for care of the children at the ChildDevelopmentCenter and the implementation of developmentally appropriate programs. Ensures that the children's physical, social, language, and intellectual needs are met while in their care. Must possess good physical and mental health and be free of communicable diseases and have all required immunizations, be able to participate in all physical activities, such as sitting on the floor and maintaining child level contact and be able to lift children when necessary. Must participate in required Air Force training, continue progress in and demonstrate competency of the Military Child Development Training Modules. Must complete the requirements for State Criminal History Report Check (SCHRC) and National Agency Check (NAC). Performs daily inspections of premises and equipment to ensure all is clean, safe, and in working order. Prepares meals, snacks, and does laundry as required. Performs other related duties as assigned.
