You also should be willing to take the initiative and take care of tasks, such as fixing things if you see that they need repairs.
You must pay attention to the little cleaning tasks that don't take long but make a location shine.
General maintenance skills and background as well as painting, plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning, and carpentry.
HVAC experience is a plus.
Handyman with various skills, Plumbing, Electrical, Air Conditioning, Swimming Pool, Painting, Woodwork, etc.
This person will also be responsible for the upkeep of common areas throughout the apartment, and grounds (including snow removal on sidewalks).
The ideal candidate will have the skills to complete minor repairs, painting, dry-walling, light carpentry, and pool/spa maintenance.
