4K a year 3 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago ASRC Federal Field Services is seeking an Operator, Alarm Communications in support of our Vance AFB Base Operations Support Contract located in Enid, Oklahoma.
Responsible for the operation of the Fire Department Communications Center.
Maintains station log, records all incoming voice communications, and maintains the center in a clean and orderly manner.
Must be able to speak clearly under stress and write legibly.
Responsible for keeping TO's, Regulations, Charts, Maps, and other items essential to the center's operation in current status and in assigned location.
Operates Base after hours communication system as required.
Accepts after hours trouble calls, inputs into computer and/or contacts EMCS personnel for troubleshoot or scheduling of craftsman.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must have HAZMAT Awareness certificate Must be able to obtain Telecommunicator II, EMR Certification & Registration, and other contract required certifications within up to 6 months of employment Must be at least 18 years of age or older Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident, due to contract requirements Preferred Requirements:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
