Responsibilities:
Meeting sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner Proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers Maintaining a clean and organized salon Cash handling, opening/closing business Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
Qualifications:
Ability to work 15-30 hours per week for part-time, ability to work 35-40 hours per week for full-time Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends Customer service experience Friendly competitive drive to meet monthly sales goals Polished professional appearance Excellent communication skills Attention to detail and organization Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand, bend, walk for 5-8 hours per day.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
