You will be assisting customers with internet and LAN issues, along with some light billing related tasks, over the phone and via email.

Responsibilities:
Perform intermediate network troubleshooting over the phone and via email Maintain a level head in a sometimes stressful environment Display good customer service and soft skills Take payments over the phone and in person
Qualifications:
A good understanding of home networking and familiar with common consumer router brands and interfaces, any certifications are a definite plus Must be up to date on tech trends and familiar with common household technical devices (phones, computers, game consoles, smart TVs, content streaming devices) High School diploma Qualify on pre-employment assessments Must be 18 or older Must pass a background check and drug test Must be willing to work in a cubicle in an office space Must be willing to work a sometimes flexible schedule, including weekends Job Type:
