The successful applicant will be inquisitive, have a positive attitude, have a desire to work as efficiently as possible, prioritize tasks as needed, and have excellent client-facing communication skills.
We're looking for a self-starter who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed while working with multiple departments.
The administrative assistant's responsibilities may include but is not limited to handling incoming phone calls and messages and data entry.
Some aspects of the job include invoicing, assisting with AR, AP, regulatory compliance, maintaining files, and credit card accounts.
You will also be required to handle daily, weekly, and monthly report creation.
Experience with basic Accounting Principles, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel is necessary.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Dropbox, and Cloud services is helpful.
Pre employment drug screening is neccessary.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
