7K a year 6 days ago 6 days ago 6 days ago ASRC Federal Field Services is seeking an Operations Assistant in support of our Vance AFB Base Operations Support Contract Located in Enid Oklahoma Performs as a generalist for a combination of administrative tasks in the Program Management functional area.
Basic knowledge of Human Resources practices to assist with Human Resources inquiries and CBA compliance with oversight from the Human Resources Business Partner.
Assist employees as needed with systems access and provide training as needed.
Responsible for working with the Corporate Compliance team to coordinate and administer the Drug and Alcohol testing program and ensure compliance with all DOT regulatory qualifiers.
Responsible for routine notifications and communications with customers, submissions for awards, and repository for PMC and CPAR requirements and submissions.
Manage petty cash fund and monitor Program Management and Directorate budgets and tracking of expenses.
Provide high level administrative support by conducting research, preparing budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required and to include overseeing tracking of contract deliverables and reporting, audits, and financial reports.
Responsible for coordinating with Directors to complete contractual and monthly performance reports to submit to the Program Manager and corporate headquarters, and assist with administering official contractual documentation.
Manage program public affairs by contributing program information for publication internally and externally, scheduling, participation, budget, and advertisement.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree 5-7 years of related work experience Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident due to contract requirements.
Preferred Experience with Union workforce Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
