Performs body system assessment and accurately and promptly, including assessment of pain Assesses patient/family educational needs and expectations of hospitalizations Incorporates clinical indicators (labs, radiology, vital signs) in SBAR hand-off report to physician or other staff Assesses the biological, psychological, physical and cultural needs of patients/families Recognizes and provides ongoing assessment of any change in patient conditionCollaboration:
Participates with all disciplines in providing for assessed needs of assigned patients.
Is accessible to unit at all times and Clinical Supervisor is always aware of location.
Willing to ask for help when necessary.
Participates in unit-based problem solving.
Attends 75% of all staff meetings.

Oversees and assigns direct reports within their scope of practice.
Assist direct reports with problem solving Shows autonomy in conversing with physicians and physician assistants in every interaction Contributes to a healthy and supportive work environment.
