We are the only manufacturer in the Western Hemisphere producing diameters 14 to 36 inch seamless pipe.

The IT Specialist reports directly to the Vice President and is responsible for providing timely and effective solutions to computer productivity issues (hardware/software/databases).
Primary Responsibilities Installation and troubleshooting of desktop hardware, printers, production workstation hardware and other peripherals.
Ongoing support and upgrades to programming of the MS Access/VBA production databases (Enid OK USA and Edmonton AB Canada), either in person or remotely.
Secondary Responsibilities Work with 3rd party IT contractors for administration of user accounts, maintenance and upgrading of CPUs/operating systems Security management Develop automated communication protocols between software Social Media/Website maintenance.
(if skilled & interested) 2D CAD, 3D CAD, 3D printing, PLC, CNC, SQL Programming Qualifications Post-secondary Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent program or work experience Familiarity with Desktop hardware, Operating Systems, MS Office Familiarity with MS Access databases (tables, queries, reports, forms, VBA) Familiarity with Networking equipment (servers, switches, firewalls) Excellent communication skills Highly organized with the ability to multi-task Strong work ethic, punctual and reliable Willingness to take initiative, works in a self-directed manner Job Type:
