The Marketing and Communications Specialist is responsible for promoting the INTEGRIS Health brand to internal and external audiences.

The Marketing and Communications Specialist responsibilities and essential functions may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Supports strategic internal and external communication needs by drafting and distributing key messages through media releases, blog articles, corporate emails, newsletters and video messages.
Helps develop, implement and evaluate marketing plans and tools for multiple service lines, facilities and organization as appropriate Collaborates with cross-functional teams to effectively support and promote the brand, service line or key message.
Manages the creative process to develop print and digital collateral materials for clients and intended audiences.
Develops web, blog or social content to align and support the goals of the organization and service lines.
Prepares and monitors marketing reports, goals, KPIs and outcomes; communicates regularly and effectively with supervisor to ensure mutual goals are understood and met.
The Marketing and Communications Specialist reports to the System Director of Sales and Rural Marketing.
Heart Hospital Only:
Report to Heart Hospital Administration This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements.

Normal office environment, to include travel within the metro area.
